Motivating Mom of the Month-February 2025: Crystal Gemmill

"Crystal is an absolute powerhouse in every class she attends, always giving 100% and bringing an energy that inspires everyone around her. Her dedication is incredible—she shows up at multiple locations across our region, making the most of every opportunity to move and grow stronger. On top of that, she’s not just committed to her own fitness but also encourages her husband to join in, making health and wellness a true family affair. Seeing them work out together on Saturdays is such a joy and a testament to her leadership and passion for fitness!" -Shannon, Fit4Mom Franchise Owner

"Crystal is such an inspiring mama! She always brings to class an amazing positive energy, words of encouragement, and a bright smile. Crystal is always the first to jump in to help new mamas and welcome them to classes. Also quickest to make a joke and have everyone laughing! We are lucky to have such a strong and kind-hearted mama in our village!!" -Jade, Fit4Mom Instructor
