"I had the privilege of meeting Tiara while coaching her during our most recent Body Well session. She was so dedicated to the session and put 100% into all aspects of it! I could tell how hard she pushed herself in class (even when having a bad day), and she put so much time and work into her journal and making adjustments to create lifetime wellness habits. I’m so impressed with how much she values taking care of herself (vital when you’re a mom and give so much of yourself, taking care of others)!" -Monica Lennon, Fit4Mom Instructor
"Tiara is such a pleasure to have in class. She's always energized, smiling, and ready to go!! I love seeing her dedication to herself and her girls. We're so lucky to have her in our village." -Kara Powers, Fit4Mom Instructor
"Tiara, a dedicated mom who pours her heart into raising her girls while making her health and wellness a top priority. She’s the kind of mom who shows up to every school event, cheers the loudest at games, and still finds time to join us for Stroller Strides and Body Boost. Her commitment to self-care isn’t just for her—it’s to set an example for her children, showing them the importance of balance, perseverance, and self-love. Tiara proves that with determination and a positive mindset, it’s possible to give your all to your family and still prioritize your own well-being. We’re lucky to have her in our village of mamahood." -Shannon Slayer, Fit4Mom Franchise Owner

What is your funniest or most embarrassing mommy moment so far?
I think the most embarrassing moment I had was when Jordyn decided she longer wanted to eat her pizza but to eat the grated parmesan cheese that was added on top of her pizza. When I was not looking, she started licking the whole top of the parmesean cheese shaker at this restaurant. I was so embarrassed to tell the waiter that he might want to decommission that shaker.
Any words of wisdom for other moms?
It's Okay to ask for help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.
What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM? What would you tell someone thinking about joining?
I love the community of moms I have met so far. I've learned so much from everyone I have met. I have learned about cool places to explore and take the kids, recipes, suggestions on how to deal with difficult teachers, cool toys to buy to entertain the kids during SS and thanks to Lit4mom Facebook group I'm back to reading books again. You guys are really helping me find myself again and I love that.
