PRENATAL WORKOUTS AND COMMUNITY FOR MOMS TO BE

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Our next Session begins February 2nd - with preview classes in January 2025!

FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

  • Sundays 9:00am at My Gym Hayfield
  • Plus choose ONE additional FIT4MOM in person class each week to supplement your FIT4BABY® workouts, and gain access to our schedule of live virtual workouts!

2025 Industry Expert Guest Speakers will include but are not limited to: Lactation Consultants, Sleep Trainers, Pediatricians, OT Specialists, Tongue Tie, etc.

The 6-week session includes:

  • Once weekly in-person, 60-minute FIT4BABY workout in a small group format (Class will be held Sundays from 9:00am to 10:00am at My Gym Hayfield).
  • One "flex" class option – an in-person FIT4MOM class of your choice each week (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and/or Body Ignite)
  • Access to FIT4MOM live virtual classes
  • Access to FIT4MOM On Demand FIT4BABY collection (on demand prenatal workouts)
  • Access to guest speakers & specialists (examples include: lactation and feeding, prenatal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, pediatrics, maternal mental health, etc.). Speakers will be hosted in person after class.
  • Access to our FIT4MOM Facebook Village
  • Weekly themes and educational content
  • The opportunity to build connections with the instructor, other Mamas-to-be and your baby through the classes, group chats, our private online group, and meditations.
  • Small group community & support with a private Facebook Group
  • THE perfect program for any expecting Mama!

Our next FIT4BABY 6-week session runs from February 2nd through March 9th, 2025.. You can even join mid session once it's started!
