Hi! My name is Julia, and I’m mama to a lively two-year-old girl. Before becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom, I worked as a Surgical Technician specializing in spine procedures. We discovered Fit4Mom at the Kingstowne Library when my daughter was just a baby, and it quickly became such a special part of our routine. What started as a way to get out of the house turned into a true village, filled with support, connection, and lifelong friendships for both of us.

I’m so excited to now step into the role of playgroup leader. I can’t wait to spend time playing, connecting, and having fun with all the little ones and their mamas at each class!
