Hello, everyone! My name is Mindy. I am a mom to a beautiful little boy. I was a math and special education teacher in middle school efbore becoming a stay at home mom. My journey started with Fit4Mom in August of 2023. I have always enjoyed working out and now Fit4Mom allows me to workout while spending time with my son. I am happy to be part of this community and super pumped to be playgroup captain.
