People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Here at FIT4MOM SouthWest NoVa we value every single woman on our team. Whether she’s with us for 6 months, a year, or 9 years! There is something special about anyone that is passionate about sharing the love of FIT4MOM in our community. It’s what we do – we lift each other UP! <3

We’ve recently had a few team shifts – we’d like to highlight two fantastical women – we bid both Laura Davis and Genevieve Jin farewell from our FIT4MOM SouthWest NoVa team. Thank you both for being such an important part of our operation over the years. We couldn't have accomplished what we did without you. The team and our village of mamas are forever grateful for YOU, for you have changed lives on the daily. Muah! Here is what some of your team members have to say about you:

‘Laura was my first instructor at Fit4mom SouthWest NoVa! Of course, what struck me straight off was her voice but also how welcoming and genuine she is. I’ll miss her classes, her energy, her voice (It deserves to be mentioned at least twice!), our chats, and even her countdowns from 10 that linger at 2, 2, 2… (despite my thighs protesting otherwise). Laura - all of Burke Lake (even the aggressive squirrel) will miss you so! Thank you’ – Rebecca
