Hi all! I’m Kara, mom to Blair (January 2019) and Reagan (August 2020.). I’m certified in Strides 360 & Stroller Strides. You can typically find me teaching in Woodbridge & Lorton. Before becoming a stay at home mom when Blair was born, I was a juvenile Probation Officer in Manassas. I discovered Fit4Mom when Blair was 7 months old, and have been hooked ever since. The friendships I’ve made are amazing-for both myself and my daughters. It’s such a wonderful, supportive community of moms. I became the Woodbridge Playgroup Captain in January 2020 and became an instructor in July 2021.
